More importantly, it also provides you with best practice advice on getting more from ESR, whether it's by improving reporting, increasing the quality of your core data or accessing and activating existing ESR capabilities.
How Health Check Works
Health Check is a tried and tested assessment process. The Health Check examines the way in which your organisation, department or team is currently using ESR. A McKesson Professional Services consultant will visit your organisation and review your ESR processes and practices. The review is swift and non-disruptive, benchmarking your ESR implementation against best practice from across the NHS, and helps answer key questions like:
Your consultant will provide you with a dedicated report offering specific recommendations to help you make the most of ESR.
From diagnosis to treatment
A Health Check or Diagnostic Workforce Assessment helps you identify what actions you can take to improve your use of ESR. To help you realise its full potential as a workforce management tool, you may want further support from McKesson Professional Services.
We can work with you at individual line manager level or organisation-wide to implement specific improvements in the way you use ESR. This can include recommending you start using existing capabilities within ESR - by activating Manager Self Service, Web Data Entry and Oracle Learning Management.
