Vice President, Service Delivery
Adrian has a long history with McKesson having joined the organisation in 1985. He has held a number of roles in development, implementation and support, most recently as the Vice President, Service Delivery where he is responsible for developing structure and process around McKesson’s service and delivery organisations. His drive there has enabled the continued improvement of service to McKesson’s customers and increased customer satisfaction.
Previously, he has been involved in a number of strategic projects such as the leading the analysis and development of a structured product lifecycle process, developing McKesson UK’s 3-Year strategic plan and becoming intimately involved in a number of large and complex accounts.
In particular, in his role of Vice President, Service Delivery, Adrian will be responsible for ensuring that McKesson’s Core products continue to support its clients in their aim to provide high quality healthcare services in a time of transition and change. This includes McKesson Patient Administration Systems for Acute and Primary Care, as well as its Managed Services solutions including financial systems, ‘legacy’ payroll and HR.
