Vice President, UK Workforce Solutions
Frank Rutley is an experienced IT systems implementation professional, having worked in Pharmaceutical, Defence and Health Service arenas.
For the last 5 years, Frank has worked for McKesson UK on the NHS Electronic Staff Record Programme; starting out as the Wave 1 Programme Manager, then moving on as Head of Implementation and
Rollout, before progressing to the ESR Programme Director in 2009. Frank was responsible for the delivery of the ESR service to the NHS, with his key focus on providing a world class workforce management solution with high customer satisfaction.
Now in his new role as Vice President, UK Workforce Solutions, Frank is responsible for bringing together all the McKesson Workforce solutions, including ESR, Shared Services and Rostering, which are all focussed on delivering back office efficiencies to NHS Organisations to enable more resources to be focussed on front line health care provision.
He remains passionate about delivering a high quality service in every area of the McKesson Workforce business group.
