Neil began his career at the former West Midlands Regional Health Authority where he began life, working as part of the Business Process Re-engineering group that was at the forefront of implementing change management into the NHS. His experience of change management and organisational design in industry made Neil the obvious choice to front the implementation teams dedicated to the delivery of Patient Care systems across the West Midlands.
Neil has gone on to hold leadership positions in McKesson which have included responsibility for bid managing the largest ever UK contract won by McKesson: the NHS Electronic Staff Record Contract and more recently, he led McKesson’s accreditation as a Commissioning services solution provider in the UK as part of McKesson’s global disease management strategy.
