For Professional Users of the NHS Electronic Staff Record (ESR) there are various methods of getting in touch with someone who will be able to assist you.

 

Remedy
Each Trust is provided with access to Remedy, the McKesson electronic system for logging and tracking the resolution of system faults, requests for assistance, User problems, or enhancements. This system allows progress to a resolution to be reported and monitored on line by both the User who raised the Service Request, along with other authorised Users within the Trust.  If you are a Remedy User, you can log on using the customer login button on the right. 

 

Help Desk
The McKesson Help Desk is also available 24 hours a day,7 days a week, on 0845 600 8249, for the logging of Service Requests when the authorised User cannot access the Remedy System.

 

Information Point
All ESR Remedy Users also have access to McKesson Information Point which provides an on line service for information and knowledge.  You will only be able to access McKesson Information Point if you are on the N3 NHS network.  Use the link on the right hand side to login. 

 

ESR Customer Relationship Managers
Furthermore, each Trust has a dedicated McKesson ESR Client Relationship Manager (CRM) who is available for escalations and queries where the due process fails.  The contact details of these CRMs is available on McKesson Information Point or alternatively through your local ESR Lead.
