Vice President, Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Phil is responsible for a wide array of McKesson services including Technical, Networking, Data Centres, Print Production and Corporate Infrastructure. With a team of more than 100 technical and operations staff, his objective is to provide resilient, reliable and forward thinking technical solutions to complement the McKesson portfolio of products and services.
Phil has a long history with McKesson having joined the organisation in 1991. He has held a number of management roles within the technical and integration arena. Most recently he was responsible for the
operations component of the Electronic Staff Record project where he created the structure to support one of the largest Payroll and HR systems in the world.
Phil is a strong advocate of the McKesson ICARE principals (Integrity, Customer First, Accountability Respect and Excellence), believing that sticking to their guidance is the best way to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction, his open approach is often appreciated by staff and customers alike.
