Remedy
Remedy, is the McKesson electronic system for logging and tracking the resolution of system faults, requests for assistance, User problems, or enhancements. If you are a Remedy User, you can log on using the customer login button on the right.
Help Desk
The McKesson Help Desk is available on 0845 606 6666, to log Service Requests when the authorised User cannot access the Remedy System.
