McKesson Shared Services

As part of our process for improving the overall levels of service to our customers, we are introducing a number of important changes to the McKesson Shared Services operation.

We have just completed the installation of new call centre technology to enable call routing at our Bangor Office (this is already in place at our Glasgow Office).  Each organisation has a dedicated telephone number to call and customers are now being immediately routed to the correct team members.  This will enable us to deal with queries more quickly and efficiently.

Please look at the numbers below, and call the number dedicated to your particular trust.  Please only call your trust's dedicated telephone number, as calling a different trust's number will lead to delays in your queries being answered.
